Are Gratuities Included?
The standard 20% gratuity on Chocolate Milk Charters is not included in your final price during checkout on Sepi. Please make arrangements to provide gratuity directly with Chocolate Milk Charters.
Tour Terms & Conditions
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, we require that you notify us at least 7 days prior to your charter date. If a reservation is made within seven days of the charter date a 50% refund will be provided. No cancellations refunds are provided within 48 hours of departure. If we cancel because of bad weather we can reschedule or refund if rescheduling is not possible.
